Amanaska works as a consultancy , introducing the right projects to the right potential donors. Our role is to present proposals to the funders whom we think may be interested in helping to make them a reality.

We are always on the lookout for great new projects to add to our portfolio but please note before getting in touch that we are not ourselves a grant giving body.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

All applications must be project based – we will not be able to help with general fundraising appeals or requests for contributions towards the simple continuation of existing services.

We are at present unable to respond to approaches from any of the following:

• private individuals
• Any organisation without the relevant acreditation to demonstate not for profit status as governed by the relevant jurisdictions in whichever country it is based.
• Any organisation with fewer than 2 years audited accounts and a proven track record in successful program implementation.
• political pressure groups, advocacy groups
• religious organisations
• animal welfare organisations or medical research bodies

As a very general guideline, the following are some of the areas in which our clients have recently expressed positive interest and in which we are actively interested pusuing promising new leads:

• Education
• The Arts
• Social Change
• Women’s rights and Equality of opportunity
• Capacity Building, Sustainable Development and Income Generation through vocational training and micro-enterprise etc.
